Please join multidimensional food healer Yonnette Fleming in a riveting discussion & workshop that addresses the nature of food beyond scientific reductionist theories of nutrient assimilation. We will uncover various aspects of food beyond biological nourishment and begin to think of our food as multi-dimensional nourishment while considering the relationship between nutrient assimilation ,spiritual wellbeing and unfoldment. We will explore increasing the vibration of our food through sacred geometry and learn to intuit our bodies response to various food.

This workshop ends with a communal high vibrational meal crafted from mostly ingredients growing on the farm. Freshly brewed herbal beverages will be provided through the session.

Healing process description:

What energy comes up when you think of Mother?

For many of us, this word Mother MATER conjures up images of suffering, victimhood, fear, rage, anger and negativity, thus interfering with the way we connect to and immerse ourselves in Earth stewardship work.

Join multidimensional healer/plant medicine practitioner Yonnette Fleming in a drum journey that moves us beyond the conscious mind to uncover and heal deep karmic patterns and blockages that may have been inherited from our motherliness These patterns lodged in our matriarchal lineage affect the way we understand our essential nature, engage with others and the living planet. Come release inner cycles of shame, blame and victimhood in order to cultivate a healthy relationship with Mother Earth, our spirit Mothers,Village Mothers, Queen mothers and the Self.

What to Bring?

Trinkets that remind you of your matriarchal ancestry, tissues, blankets, water.

Freshly brewed herbal beverages will be provided. This healing ritual culminates in a high vibrational meal mostly crafted from ingredients grown on the farm.

Consider this a special gift to your motherline, your mother or children.

Healing process description:

No matter what kind of happy face we present to be accepted as adults in our social world, we must each muster up the courage to cultivate a working relationship with the frightened little boy or girl inside of us to succeed. Wholeness therefore requires uncovering and healing childhood hurts, fears, shames and abuse and consists of transforming ingrained patterns of pain into forgiveness and joy.

Join us in this deep and beautiful journey moving beyond the conscious mind to explore play, connection and healing of our inner orphans. We will sow multidimensional seeds of safety and wellness in our being. Once we arrive at a place where our adult self and wounded children can connect, we can address childhood traumas and begin to provide constant reassurance, love and guidance to wounded aspects of ourselves. This work frees up vital life force energy back to the core self needed for manifesting our highest potential.

This journey culminates in a joyful high vibrational meal consisting of wild plants harvested from the farm. Freshly brewed flower teas to help us access our emotional bodies will be provided throughout the event.

What to bring?

Childhood memory paraphernalia, toys that conjure up childhood situations, items that make you feel safe, your journal, crayons, tissues, blankets, water.
